Current Court Report - April 7, 2026

This week's Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from the Monday and Tuesday Nantucket District Court sessions.

Jason Campisi, 47, of Nantucket was arraigned on a December 23, 2025 charge of trespassing. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court June 15th for a pretrial hearing.

Magail L. Figueroa De Rivera, 45, of Nantucket will have an August 21, 2025 charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed on the condition he complete one year of pretrial probation. Charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation stemming from the same incident were dismissed.

Juan Jose Flores Sola, 31, of Nantucket will have a July 19, 2025 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol continued without a finding for one year on the condition he forfeit his license for 45 days, complete a driver alcohol education course, and pay $600 in fees. Charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation stemming from the same incident were dismissed.

After completing one year of pretrial probation, Daniel Rax Tziu, 40, of Nantucket had two October 8, 2023 charges of assault & battery with a dangerous weapon dismissed.
