Alison Laura Bruns, 63, of Nantucket had July 12^th, 2025 charges of assault & battery on a family/household member dismissed due to lack of prosecution after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.

Josue E. Calderon Calderon, 23, of Nantucket was found not guilty on November 22^nd, 2025 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He was found responsible for a marked lanes violation. Charges from a February 4^th, 2026 case of license plate violation, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and a marked lanes violation stemming from the same incident were dismissed.

Miguel P. Hamilton, 62, of Nantucket had an April 4^th charge of assault with a dangerous weapon dismissed due to lack of prosecution after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.

Kevin A. Lemus Estrada, 33, of Nantucket was found not guilty by an island jury on November 16^th, 2025 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

John E. Zerigan, 43, of Nantucket had a September 12^th, 2025 charge of assault & battery on a family/household member dismissed due to lack of prosecution after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.
