This week’s Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from the Monday and Tuesday Nantucket District Court sessions. This week is jury week, so more cases will be taking place throughout the week.

Eric Korsh
, 48, of Brooklyn, New York was arraigned on October 30th charges of assault & battery and two charges of indecent assault & battery on a person 14 or over. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court April 13th, 2026 for a pretrial hearing.

According to the police report, Korsh allegedly worked with the alleged victim at Cru, who told police in a voluntary statement that Korsh grabbed and touched her multiple times from May 2025 to July 2025. The first instance described occurred while working in mid-June, when Korsh allegedly grabbed the victim around the waist and pulled her towards him. The victim reported Korsh had his body pressed against her chest with his front profile.

In an additional incident in early July, the victim told police that Korsh had pressed his stomach against her stomach and chest while in the walk-in refrigerator - pushing her against the wall and making her unable to move and walk away. The alleged victim also reported that while at work, Korsh had grabbed her arm and began to massage her forearm. The victim told Korsh it hurt and told him to stop.

Gela Orbetishvili Chachkanishvf
, 46, of Nantucket was arraigned on November 28th charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Chachkanishvf had not-guilty pleas entered and was ordered to return to court January 26th, 2026 for a pretrial hearing.

Gertaliano Alves Dasilva
, 56, of Nantucket was found guilty by a Nantucket jury on an Oct. 6th, 2024 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Dasilva was ordered to complete one year of probation, forfeit their license for 45 days, complete a driver alcohol education program, and pay $600 in fees. Not-guilty verdicts were found on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle stemming from the same incident.

Lesther Conception Garcia Dolmus
, 28, of Nantucket was arraigned on November 26th charges of assault & battery and assault with a dangerous weapon. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court January 26th for a pretrial hearing.

After completing 18 months of probation, Charles Martin McGowan, 34, of Nantucket had the probation he was serving on a September 30th, 2022 charge of operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked as an habitual traffic offender, as well as November 16th, 2023 charges of operating a motor vehicle with his license revoked as an habitual traffic offender, leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and using a motor vehicle without authority terminated. The cases are now closed.

Tyler J. Rioux
, 35, of Nantucket had April 4th charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime for a felony, malicious destruction of property under $1,200, and trespassing dismissed.

Jeremy F. Slavitz
, 55, of Nantucket was arraigned on November 30th charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possessing an open container of alcohol, and failure to yield at an intersection. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court January 6th, 2026 for a pretrial hearing.
