This week’s Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from Monday’s Nantucket District Court session.

After being continued without a finding for one year, Daniel F. Henry, 49, of Nantucket had Jan. 13, 2023 charges of assault and battery on a family/household member (two counts) and strangulation/suffocation dismissed, along with a Jan. 29, 2023 charge of intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official.

Anthony Trey Holland, 31, of Nantucket was arraigned on a Feb. 9 charge of assault and battery on a police officer. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court April 8th for a pretrial hearing.

Mason Alexander Lavallee, 31, of Nantucket was found responsible for a July 1, 2023 charge of improper operation of a motor vehicle and ordered to pay a $50 fine. A charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle stemming from the same incident was dismissed. He was also found guilty on a possessing a class B drug charge and ordered to pay a $300 fine on that case.

Dioclecio Nunes Da Silva, 36, of Nantucket was arraigned on Nov. 3, 2023 charges of leaving the scene of property damage and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court March 18th for a pretrial hearing.

Samuel F. Rice, 23, of Nantucket was arraigned on Feb. 5 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a lights violation. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court April 8th for a pretrial hearing.
