CORRECTION: It was inaccurately reported in the Current's July 11 Court Report that Andrew McLaughlin, 26, of Nantucket, was arraigned during the July 10 Nantucket District Court session. He was not arraigned on any charges.

This week's Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from Monday's Nantucket District Court session.

Roxeth Aguilar Mata, 26, of Nantucket, was arraigned on a July 6 charge of assault and battery on a family/household member. She had a not-guilty plea entered on her behalf and was ordered to return to court Aug. 21 for a pretrial hearing.

William David Ciarmataro Jr., 39, of Nantucket, will have a May 26 charge of resisting arrest continued without a finding for three months on the condition he complete his probation without a violation.

Hernan H. Hernandez, 59, of Nantucket, will have a May 7 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol continued without a finding for one year on the condition he forfeit his license for 45 days, complete a driver alcohol education, pay a $250 program fee, $250 head-injury fee, $50 OUI assessment fee, and a $50 victim-witness fee.

A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle stemming from the same incident was dismissed.

After being continued without a finding for one year, a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol against Tomas Dagoberto Interiano Tejada, 39, of Nantucket was dismissed.

Michael Tashjian, 58, of Nantucket, was arraigned on a July 8 charge of assault and battery. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Aug. 7 for a pretrial hearing.

Shawn Unis, 32, of Nantucket, was arraigned on a July 9 charge of assault and battery on a family/household member. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Aug. 7 for a pretrial hearing.
