This week’s Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from Tuesday’s Nantucket District Court session.
Tobey J. Eveleth, 25, of Nantucket had a May 13, 2022 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol dismissed after the charge was continued without a finding for one year.
Manuel Garcia Garcia, 48, of Nantucket was arraigned on May 29 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court July 10 pretrial hearing.
Elwis O. Gomes, 45, of Nantucket had two March 15, 2022 charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon dismissed due to lack of prosecution.
Taylor Gueorguiev, 21, of Nantucket was arraigned on May 26 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and possessing a Class E drug. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court July 24 for a pretrial hearing.
Dominic N. Hall, 40, of Nantucket was arraigned on May 25 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court June 28 for a pretrial hearing.
Gregory Francis Hughes, 60, of Nantucket had a June 20, 2021 charge of assault and battery dismissed after the charge was continued without a finding for one year.
Karen Garcia Lopez, 29, of Nantucket was arraigned on a May 29 charge of assault and battery on a family/household member. She had a not-guilty plea entered on her behalf and was ordered to return to court July 12 for a pretrial hearing.
Darius Rogoza, 22, of Nantucket was arraigned on May 22 charges of assault and battery and disorderly conduct. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court July 10 for a pretrial hearing.
Juan H. Vasquez-Villalta, 24, of Nantucket was arraigned on April 13 charges of assault and battery and vandalizing property. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court July 10 for a pretrial hearing.
Eric Wilkey, 31, of South Yarmouth was arraigned on a May 28 charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court July 24 for a pretrial hearing.
