Former Patriots Head Coach Bill Belichick Sells Nantucket Beach House For $3.8 Million

Legendary New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick has sold one of his Nantucket properties for $3.795 million.

Belichick had listed his beach house property at 3 North Gully Road in 'Sconset for $3.895 million back in August. According to property records, it was sold on Thursday to Gary and Susan Mick for $3.795 million, or $100,000 below the asking price.

Belichick purchased 3 North Gully Road back in 2014 for $2.45 million. It is one of several properties he owns on Nantucket, most of which are located in ‘Sconset.

Belichick, 73, is in his first season as the new head football coach at the University of North Carolina, following 24 seasons with the Patriots, during which the team won six Super Bowls.

According to the listing for the property by Coldwell Banker, the two-bedroom, two-bath home at 3 North Gully Road includes a "vaulted living room with stone fireplace and views of the beach and conservation land. The cottage exudes old world charm with wooden walls, built-in bookshelves, a window with diamond mullions, and many nooks and crannies while still offering modern amenities for today's living."

In addition to the house on North Gully Road, Belichick owns a compound of several properties off Shell Street in 'Sconset, as well as a home on Fair Street that he acquired last May. Belichick is also building a new home at 7 North Gully Road.

Since he parted ways with the Patriots in January 2024 after a 4-13 season, Belichick has been tabloid fodder due to his relationship with 24-year-old Jordon Hudson, a former cheerleader and beauty pageant contestant.
