Boys & Girls Soccer Host Tyngsborough For Scrimmages

The girls soccer team kicked off their preseason schedule with a home scrimmage against Tyngsborough High School on Wednesday.

The boys and girls soccer teams hosted Tyngsborough High School Wednesday morning into the early afternoon for their first scrimmages of the fall season.

Both teams were able to shake off the cobwebs in their first step towards the regular season. The girls will be off island for a team trip through the 24th. The boys will have another scrimmage on the 26th. We will have season previews on both of these teams and all other fall sports teams throughout the course of the next two weeks.

The field hockey play day scrimmage on the island against Barnstable High School scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Thursday was cancelled due to weather.
