Photos: Baseball Loses To O'Bryant

After a brief hiatus during spring school vacation week, Whaler sports officially returned to action with the baseball team hosting O’Bryant High School. Nantucket lost 6-4 despite a mid-game rally after O’Bryant took an early 3-0 lead, to tie it 3-3.

Ronald Del Rosario Gomez, Keegan Bedell, and Justin Torres each had RBIs. Gomez finished two for three at the plate and Torres had the lone extra base hit for the Whalers on the day, a double in the second inning.

SCHEDULE AHEAD:

Monday, April 27th:

The girls tennis team will be at home playing Dennis-Yarmouth at 4 p.m.

The softball team will be on the road playing Mashpee at 4 p.m.


Tuesday, April 28th:

The sailing team will be at home for a regatta against Falmouth Academy at 3:30 p.m.

The boys lacrosse team will be at home playing Barnstable High School at 4 p.m.

The girls lacrosse team will be on the road playing Dennis-Yarmouth at 4:00 p.m.
