This week’s Current Real Estate Roundup includes property transfers from October 16th, 2025 to October 23rd, 2025. It is led by the sale of an Eel Point Road property for over $16 million, a Maxey Pond Road property for over $13 million, and a Baxter Road property for over $11 million. 

The 2025 sales revenue generated from real estate transactions on island has officially eclipsed the 2024 total of $1.394 billion. Through 2025, the total is $1.432 billion.
